Crack Under Pressure

Working under pressure is definitely a no-no when it comes to baking a cake. It shows on the cake guys! I was running around searching high and low for cream cheese but almost all shops that I went to were either closed or stock out. I managed somehow to find some stock but I had to bake twice as the first cake had some water penetrated into it. The second one was a success but lets just say I had a little time to let it cool before it was collected. I showed this pic to the customer because I felt sorry that it didnt turn out the way it should be.


Didnt want to disappoint the customer with poor presentation, I decided to frost the cheesecake with cheese frosting and walla...it looked a lot lot lot better than before..
